Joanne M. Niejadlik joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in 2015 and is a Paralegal in the Elder Law Group of our firm’s Estate Planning Department. In her capacity, Joanne is responsible for drafting Engagement Letters for all types of Estate Planning, Estate and Asset Protection Planning, and MassHealth engagements. In addition, Joanne is responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects of preparing, executing, and implementing estate planning documents.
Joanne previously was a Paralegal in the Estate Administration Department assisting the attorneys in all aspects of probate administration under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and the preparation and filing of the Massachusetts Estate Tax Return and Federal Estate Tax Return.
Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, P.C., Joanne worked in estate planning and elder law practices assisting attorneys in all aspects related to guardianships and conservatorships under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code; drafting estate planning documents, including Last Will and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, HIPAA Authorizations, Trustee’s Certificates, Deeds, and Declaration of Homesteads; and preparing MassHealth Applications, Pooled Trusts Applications, and MassHealth Long-Term-Care Eligibility Reviews.
Joanne is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Northeastern University. Massachusetts Notary Public.
