Maryellen Sorenson is a paralegal in our estate planning group of Cushing & Dolan. Maryellen joined the firm in September of 2022 and has over 25 years in residential/commercial real estate and estate law. Maryellen has handled many aspects of real estate conveyancing, title clearing and REO lender sale transactions.
Prior to joining the team, Maryellen worked for a real estate firm where she handled refinances and purchase/sale real estate transactions that closed in forty-eight (48) states. Maryellen has experience in working with all parties involved in the process and assisting in getting the closings completed.
Maryellen currently works with our estate clients and handles processing of the planning documents as well to ensure funding is completed.
Maryellen has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor Degree In Criminal Justice. Maryellen also has her Massachusetts Notary Public.
