Ann M. DaMore is a paralegal with Cushing & Dolan, P.C. and has over 30 years of experience in real estate and law.  Ann initially joined the firm right out of school and worked for Cushing & Dolan, P.C. as a paralegal in the real estate department from in 1989 to 1992. Thereafter, she  went on to work for various banks and lenders in the mortgage industry, before  rejoining Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in 2022.  She currently works in the Waltham office and is responsible for assisting the attorneys with all aspects of preparing, implementing, and executing residential and commercial  real estate documents.  Ann has a passion for organization and efficiency and truly enjoys interacting with all parties of the real estate transaction while serving their needs and requirements.

Ann has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and a Juris Doctorate Degree. She is a Massachusetts Notary Public.
