Kimberley M. MacDonald joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in June 2019. She currently works as a Paralegal for the Estate Administration Department in the Waltham office. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects of preparation and execution of estate administration documents. Some of her daily tasks include obtaining values of estate assets and debts, preparing inventories for estates, drafting and filing probate documents with the Massachusetts Probate Courts, managing probate dockets, preparing documents relating to trust administration, and preparing income tax returns and estate fiduciary income tax returns.
Prior to joining Cushing and Dolan, Kimberley worked as a Civil Litigation Assistant in Boston.
