Venancio

Allison Venancio is an associate attorney at Cushing & Dolan, P.C., based in the Waltham office. Her practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration, where she works with individuals and families to protect their assets and plan for the future.

Allison assists clients in developing comprehensive estate plans, as well as guiding clients through the estate administration process following the loss of a loved one. She also drafts prenuptial agreements, helping couples thoughtfully address their financial interests before marriage.

Allison earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where she followed the Trusts & Estates pathway, and her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Marist University, where she also earned an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
