Kevin Dolan assists buyers, sellers, lenders and developers of real property. Kevin has extensive experience handling residential and commercial real estate matters from residential purchase and sale agreements, leases, summary process matters, breach of contract, zoning and other municipal representation and counsel as well as complex commercial real estate matters including but not limited to zoning and permitting, asset based lending, construction lending and construction management.
