Kevin F. Osorio is an attorney in the Real Estate and Corporate departments at Cushing & Dolan, P.C., where he has practiced since 2019. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Kevin was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2019 and brings a client-focused approach to every matter he handles.

Kevin concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate matters, representing sellers, buyers, lenders, developers, and businesses throughout all phases of their transactions. His commercial practice includes entity formation, negotiation of loan agreements and financing arrangements, and the preparation and negotiation of corporate enforceability and legal opinions. Kevin regularly counsels clients on due diligence, title review, and contract negotiation for commercial acquisitions and dispositions. He is particularly experienced in handling complex 1031 Exchanges, guiding clients through like-kind exchanges involving the sale of business and investment properties to maximize tax advantages. Kevin also advises local businesses on sales transactions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial lease negotiations.

In addition to his transactional practice, Kevin assists families navigating probate matters, including the sale or management of property following the death of a loved one. Working closely with the firm’s Estate Administration team, he is committed to making the probate process as straightforward and efficient as possible during a difficult time.
