Natalie C. Logan began her career as a paralegal with Cushing & Dolan starting in the year 2020. Her practice focuses on probate litigation, estate administration, estate planning, and the preparation of estate and fiduciary tax returns. Natalie is a certified advanced tax preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, she worked at an elder law and estate planning law firm assisting with preparing probate forms, drafting estate planning documents with a focus on eliminating estate taxes, avoiding probate, and protecting assets from long term care costs. There she was responsible for drafting Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Releases, Advance Directives and ancillary estate planning documents. Natalie also worked with a solo practitioner who specialized in estates, trusts, family, and employment law where she prepared motions, affidavits, requests for information, and pretrial documents such as complaints and settlement agreements. She is a Massachusetts Notary Public. Natalie earned a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and is currently enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University.
