Rebecca E. Beauregard is a litigation paralegal who assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. She assists with document examination, drafting of pleadings, fact development and preparation for hearings. Prior to joining the litigation group at Cushing & Dolan, Rebecca worked with the estate planning group where she was responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects of preparing, executing and implementing estate planning documents.

Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, Rebecca was a paralegal at Black, Vitelli & Pennock where she assisted the attorneys in highly contested, high net worth, and complex family law cases in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. There she was responsible for overseeing the discovery process, assisting clients with preparing their financial affidavits and drafting motions and objections.

Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University in 2010 with a degree in Political Science. Rebecca earned her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University in 2013.
