Title Insurance agents for all major insurance companies. As part of our real estate settlement services, we act as title insurance agents for all major title insurance companies. In 2005, we were the largest title agent in Massachusetts for First American, and we also routinely work with Old Republic Title, Lawyer's Title, Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title. We hold preferred title insurance agent status with several major title insurers.

We are preferred and approved closings agent for most major lenders and can easily and quickly be approved with any lender of our client's choosing.

We pride ourselves on cost effective services and provide a free Purchase and Sale Agreement review for our buyer client when also handling the bank work and we also provide a free draft of the Declaration of Homestead, where necessary.

Using advance technology to maximize efficiency, we are currently moving towards a paperless office to serve our real estate clients more effectively. We use the Doc Star scanning system and all of our closing documents are scanned and stored electronically. We can deliver a copy of all settlement documents at closing and provide the signed documents electronically or on a disk post-closing.
