In 2005, we were the largest title agent in Massachusetts for First American, and we also routinely work with Old Republic Title, Lawyer's Title, United General Title, Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title. We hold preferred title insurance agent status with several major title insurers.

We will handle closings almost anywhere, at almost any time. We serve clients throughout New England. We provide a free draft of the Homestead agreement, and we offer a 10% discount on owner's title insurance for first-time homebuyers.

Cushing & Dolan, P.C. is paid from the title insurance as agent; your lawyer will be paid the legal fee for conducting the closing.
