Janice A. Wilson graduated from New England School of Law with honors in 1992. Ms. Wilson provides residential real estate services to buyers, sellers and lenders. Her practice includes negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing and resolving title issues, and conducting residential real estate closings. Ms. Wilson also services small businesses in the preparation of corporate documents and the review of leases and corporate documentation. Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, P.C., Ms. Wilson's general practice also included representing clients in environmental and business  matters, commercial loan closings and divorce actions. Ms. Wilson attended the University of Massachusetts graduating with a B.A. with high honors. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1992 and became a member of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1995. Ms. Wilson has served as an associate member of the Wrentham Zoning Board of Appeals for two years and is currently a volunteer at a Franklin charitable organization.
