Julie Palmaccio Esq.

Attorney Julie Palmaccio joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in 2005 and currently manages the Real Estate Department and its staff of attorneys and paralegals. She concentrates her practice on real estate and advises clients on commercial and residential real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, acquisition financing, reverse mortgages, commercial and residential lending, and property development and conversion.

Ms. Palmaccio has personally conducted and overseen thousands of mortgage transactions ranging in amounts from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars per loan and is on the approved list for most major lenders and Title Insurance Companies, including First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Title Company, Fidelity National Title and Old Republic. She also counsels clients on Land Court matters such as Tax Lien Foreclosures and S-Petitions, acquisition financing, condominium conversion, subdivision matters before municipal boards, and easements and related property matters.

Ms. Palmaccio is also a regular speaker at seminars where she educates consumers on real estate matters such as reverse mortgages, and banking professionals on licensing and HUD compliance issues.

Ms. Palmaccio is a magna cum laude graduate of Assumption College with a dual Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish, and a Certificate of Honors Program Completion. While in college Ms. Palmaccio was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society.

Ms. Palmaccio is also a cum laude graduate of New England School of Law where she was a Staff Associate and Technical and Coordinating Editor for The New England Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement. Ms. Palmaccio was also a New England Scholar and recipient of the Computer Assisted Legal Instruction (CALl) Award for highest grade in the class in Construction Law, Environmental Advocacy and The Law and Ethics of Lawyering.

While in law school Ms. Palmaccio was an intern with the Law Office of Romeo & Ryan, McGregor & Associates and the City Solicitor's Office in Revere, MA.
