Joseph E. Brooks Esq
Attorney Joseph E. Brooks is an associate in the Real Estate Department. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and residential real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential lending, performance of real estate closings, condominium conversions and the resolution of real estate related disputes.
Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, Attorney Brooks worked as an associate at Harmon Law Offices, PC, a firm specializing in residential foreclosures. At Harmon Law Offices he drafted and reviewed documents from the commencement of foreclosure through auction, responded to borrower debt disputes, engaged in the negotiation of deeds in lieu of foreclosure, loan modification, forbearance agreements and short sales and represented his clients at eviction hearings in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Mr. Brooks graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of the Arts in Sports Management and Communications, and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
