Heather Marshall Deitch is an associate in the Trusts and Estate Administration Department.
Attorney Heather Marshall Deitch earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in May 2011, a J.D. from New England School of Law in 2010, and a B.A. in Sociology, summa cum laude, from Emmanuel College in 2007.
During law school Ms. Deitch served as Executive Literary Editor of the New England Law Review. Her Note, Instead of Asking "When," Ask "How": Why the Rule Against Perpetuities Should Not Apply to Rights of First Refusal, was published in Volume 44 of the New England Law Review, Spring 2010.
While in law school, Ms. Deitch worked as a legal intern for the City of Waltham Law Department and as a student attorney at the Clinical Law Office at New England School of Law.
Ms. Deitch was admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in November 2010.
